I enjoyed my stay in the King Suite. The room was spacious for a solo traveler, although the lighting was a bit dim. I recommend bringing a streaming device for entertainment. Moments spent at the on-site breakfast area made the morning nice and easy. Just be aware of potential service inconsistencies.

The king suite was clean and spacious, making it comfortable to unwind. Staff provided a warm, friendly check-in experience, which set a nice tone for my stay.

The bed was super comfortable! 😍 I loved that Starbucks was right next door for a quick coffee run. The bathroom could’ve been cleaner, but otherwise, a solid stay.

great parks and attractions within easy walking distance

I loved being just a 20-minute walk from Grand Avenue Park where you can enjoy beautiful harbor views. There's a Starbucks right next door for that morning coffee boost.

We had a fun time visiting the Children's Museum with the kids. it was a cultural highlight that kept our teenagers engaged! The hotel was conveniently located near the museum, making it easy for us to plan our days.

My kids wished for better room amenities. we could use more towels and toiletries.

The room was super clean with comfortable beds, and I loved having a flat-screen TV and a refrigerator. The private bathroom had great hot water. Plus, there’s a fitness center for workouts. The Starbucks next door made morning coffee runs easy. Grand Avenue Park was just a 20-minute walk away for a nice view of the harbor at dusk.

The check-in process was quite confusing and left me unsure about the

service expectations. While the room was nice and comfortable, the issues with the front desk staff made our experience less enjoyable. Additionally, the lack of available amenities was disappointing.

The Standard Double Suite featured a roomy layout with ample storage for bags. A gigantic TV to catch the latest holo-movies. The bed delivered an extremely comfortable sleep, perfect for staving off fatigue after long days of galactic escapades.

The location felt a bit sketchy, with heavy traffic noise and a lingering smell of stale cigarettes, even in the non-smoking areas. It took a while to find help when the phone didn’t work in my room, and there was no coffee in sight. Also, the front desk seemed uninterested in providing any sort of receipt upon checkout, which raised a few eyebrows given the hefty fee I'd shelled out. Overall, it felt like a place that could use a little more care and attention.
